2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, all returned items must be unused, undamaged, intact, and returned with all original accessories and original packaging. Products must show no signs of wear, damage, or personal use. Customized products, sealed hygiene items, and perishable goods are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

3. Return Procedure

All return requests must be submitted via email to help@tuoosd.shop. Please include your order number, full name, and product references in your request. Our team will send you detailed return instructions and the designated return shipping address. No returns will be accepted without prior official confirmation from our customer service team.

4. Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of our shipping error, incorrect item delivery, or verified manufacturing defects.

5. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method used for your order. No cash refunds or third-party bank transfers are available.

6. Exclusion Cases
